This is a Very Special Beast, because he marks the beginning of curioustwibbit's and littlelemming3's first Official Adventure!

We are going to Europe for three weeks, including Paris, London, and Edinburgh. This does unfortunately mean that the beasts will not be able to make an appearance, yes. But think - when they do, how much more cultured they will be!

We have had more than a few of you ask for icons of your favorite beasts here at TDB, and looking back at the old sets of icons, I thought perhaps they could be done better. So! I would like to open the floor again for icon requests.

Here's what I need:

-- Number of the beast you want
-- Text / no text (if the beast in question has a lot of text, I will put in a shortened version of some sort)
-- "The Daily Beast" / "TDB" / no label (we do ask that you icon-comments-credit us with an LJ link)

Whatever I make will be put up for anyone to use. I'll also make some miscellaneous ones, and remake some old ones.

Hello, faithful and clearly slightly off-kilter readers:

Well, it has been a while, hasn't it? Life, as it has a tendency to do, caught up with the two chaps who bring you your Daily Dose of Beast. We DO apologize for the sudden absence, but after a point I suppose our shame - shame! - kept us from coming back and showing our snoots.

Well, shame or no, the hiatus had to end, and here we are again. I won't say better than ever, but just as beastly as ever!
